This study aims to analyze the effect of Mobile JKN application use on patient satisfaction in the outpatient registration process at Nene Mallomo Hospital, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. A quantitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design was used. The population consisted of BPJS outpatient patients who used Mobile JKN, with 97 respondents selected through accidental sampling. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation, then analyzed using simple linear regression with SPSS 26. The results showed that Mobile JKN use was in the good category, with a mean score of 104.55, while patient satisfaction was in the high category, with a mean score of 82.98. Regression analysis showed a positive and significant effect of Mobile JKN use on patient satisfaction, with a regression coefficient of 0.800, t-value of 7.476, and significance value of 0.000. These findings indicate that better use of Mobile JKN is associated with higher patient satisfaction.
