Abstract

This study aims to analyze the concept of Qur'anic leadership as a normative foundation in Islamic education. Qur'anic leadership is a leadership model grounded in Qur'anic values—such as *tawhid* (monotheism), *amanah* (trustworthiness), justice, *musyawarah* (consultation), exemplary conduct, and *istiqamah* (steadfastness). The study employs a library research method, examining various relevant literature sources. The findings indicate that Qur'anic leadership plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of spiritually-based education, shaping student character, strengthening religious culture within educational institutions, and improving the professionalism of educators. Furthermore, the implementation of Qur'anic leadership faces various challenges in the modern era, necessitating an integrative approach that combines Qur'anic values with advancements in science and technology. Thus, Qur'anic leadership can serve as a robust foundation for developing Islamic education that is holistic, character-driven, and relevant to the demands of the times.
