This study aims to analyze the influence of work ethic, communication, and employee empowerment on the work effectiveness of Part-Time Government Employees with Employment Agreements (PPPK) at the Environmental Agency of Ponorogo Regency. A quantitative survey approach was employed involving 112 respondents selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that work ethic, communication, and employee empowerment have positive and significant effects on work effectiveness, both partially and simultaneously. Communication was identified as the most dominant factor, while the coefficient of determination of 49.6% indicates that the three variables explain nearly half of the variation in employee work effectiveness. These findings imply that strengthening work ethic, improving organizational communication, and optimizing employee empowerment programs are essential strategies for enhancing work effectiveness in public sector organizations.
