Drug data, customer data, and sales data management in pharmacies are still mostly done manually or semi-manually, potentially causing problems such as recording errors, data duplication, difficulties in searching for information, and delays in preparing reports. These problems impact operational efficiency and the quality of pharmacy services. This study aims to design and build a website-based pharmacy management information system at Apotek Bersama Plus to support more structured and integrated operational data management at Apotek Bersama Plus. The system development method used is Agile Scrum with an iterative approach that divides the development process into four sprints over one month. Data collection was carried out through observation and interviews with pharmacies to identify system requirements. The developed system includes user authentication and management features, management of master data for categories, units, and drugs along with stock logs, customer data management, sales transaction recording, as well as dashboards, sales reports, and data export. Functional testing was conducted using Black Box Testing with the Equivalence Partitioning technique on 78 test cases and resulted in a 100% success rate. Usability evaluation was conducted using the Heuristic Evaluation method based on Nielsen's 10 principles involving two evaluators, resulting in an average severity rating of 1.18 which is included in the minor category, indicating that the system is suitable for use with minor improvements that do not hinder operation. The average severity rating is 1.18, which is in the minor category, indicating that the system is suitable for use with minor fixes that do not hinder operation.
