The Bina Karya Mandiri Women Farmers Group (KWT) in Seberida Village plays a vital role in improving members' welfare through agricultural cultivation and processing activities. However, the group's business development still faces various constraints, such as limited capital, basic business management, and low digital marketing adoption. This study aims to formulate an empowerment strategy for KWT to increase income. The strategy formulation was carried out using IFAS, EFAS analysis, and the SWOT matrix. The results showed that the IFAS score was 2.75 and the EFAS score was 2.74, indicating that KWT has strong internal conditions and a supportive external environment.
