The objectives of the study were to identify the effectiveness of a proposed educational curriculum in developing the overhand and underhand passing skills in volleyball for third-grade intermediate students, and to determine whether the proposed curriculum or the teacher's traditional curriculum is more effective. The researchers used an experimental approach with a two-group pre-and post-test design due to its suitability for the research problem. The research sample consisted of (36) third-grade intermediate students for the academic year (2024/2025). The sample was divided into two equal groups: a control group (n=18) and an experimental group (n=18). The control group followed the teacher's specific curriculum, while the experimental group implemented the proposed educational curriculum. The intervention lasted for (8) weeks, with two educational units per week, totaling (16) instructional units. Statistical analyses (including Means, Standard Deviations, paired and independent t-tests, p-values, and effect sizes) were conducted using the SPSS program. The results indicated that both curricula had a positive effect on skill development; however, the proposed educational curriculum demonstrated a significantly higher percentage of improvement and a larger effect size in developing both overhand and underhand passing skills compared to the traditional method (p < 0.05).
