The elderly constitute a group of individuals undergoing a gradual process of change over time. These changes encompass physical, biological, cognitive, psychological, economic, and social aspects within society. Furthermore, the elderly often experience a decline in health status, job loss, and perceptions of diminished capability. Consequently, they require guidance to become more skilled and productive in achieving personal well-being. This community service initiative aimed to enhance the elderly's knowledge and awareness regarding degenerative diseases, healthy lifestyles, the importance of regular health check-ups, and balanced nutrition. The activity was conducted at the Anggrek 02 Integrated Health Post (Posyandu) in Jeruksari—within the service area of the Tirto Community Health Center (Puskesmas), Pekalongan Regency—targeting 20 elderly participants. The methodology involved an opening session and introductions of the speakers, followed by the delivery of health education material, questions session with participants, and a closing session. This activity contributed to improving the elderly's knowledge and attitudes regarding healthy lifestyles and the prevention of degenerative diseases.
