<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the management of the learning environment in improving students' enthusiasm for learning at MA Daarul Hikmah Pamulang, covering physical, psychological, and social aspects, as well as students' perceptions of the environment. The enthusiasm for learning is essential for academic success amidst curriculum challenges and digital distractions. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods through semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions with technical triangulation validation. The results showed that the management of the learning environment at MA Daarul Hikmah Pamulang has not been running optimally. The physical environment is hampered by minimal facilities and unorganized classroom arrangements, while the psychosocial environment is not conducive due to one-way communication and inconsistent discipline. These conditions impact students' enthusiasm for learning, which tends to be formal and unsustainable due to the monotonous learning process. It is concluded that improving students' enthusiasm for learning requires integrated, consistent, and student-oriented environmental management. This study recommends the need for instructional leadership and a reflective school culture to create a more innovative and safe learning climate for students.]]>
