<![CDATA[The rapid development of information technology has accelerated the transformation of banking services into digital platforms, including Islamic banking. Sharia Digital Banking provides users with convenient, secure, and efficient financial services while maintaining compliance with Islamic principles. This study aims to analyze the utilization of Sharia Digital Banking in improving the financial efficiency of lecturers at the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business (FEBI), UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi, identify the benefits obtained, and examine the challenges encountered during its implementation. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving lecturers who actively utilize Sharia Digital Banking services. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while the validity of the findings was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The results indicate that the utilization of Sharia Digital Banking significantly improves lecturers' financial efficiency by providing easier access to banking services, reducing transaction time and costs, enhancing financial management effectiveness, and enabling real-time transaction monitoring. Despite these advantages, several challenges remain, including unstable internet connectivity, limited understanding of certain application features, and concerns regarding digital transaction security. Overall, Sharia Digital Banking plays a significant role in supporting more effective, efficient, transparent, and Sharia-compliant financial management among lecturers. This study is expected to contribute to the development of more innovative Islamic digital banking services while promoting digital financial literacy within higher education institutions.]]>
