<![CDATA[This study aims to develop a Sharia-based empowerment model for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) using an integrative participatory approach. MSMEs play a vital role in the Indonesian economy but continue to face obstacles such as limited access to financing and low financial literacy. Through a synthesis of systematic literature reviews and document content analysis, this study formulates a comprehensive and practically relevant empowerment model. The model rests on four main pillars: (1) the provision of inclusive and sustainable Sharia financing through contracts such as *murabahah*, *mudharabah*, and *musyarakah*; (2) the integration of Islamic social funds (*zakat*, *infaq*, *sadaqah*, and *waqf*) as funding sources and catalysts for empowerment; (3) capacity building and the enhancement of Sharia financial literacy for MSME players through training and mentoring; and (4) an integrative participatory approach involving collaboration among the government, Sharia financial institutions, *zakat* institutions, academics, and the MSME community. The results indicate that implementing this model holds great potential to support MSME growth that is equitable, sustainable, and aligned with Islamic values. However, key challenges—such as low Sharia financial literacy and the limited reach of Sharia financial institutions—must be addressed through collaborative and innovative strategies. This research contributes theoretically to the development of Sharia economic literature and practically to stakeholders in designing more effective MSME empowerment policies and programs.]]>
