The rapid advancement of technology in education has encouraged teachers to develop innovative, interactive, and engaging learning strategies, one of which is Game-Based Learning through barcode-based Quizizz. This study aims to describe the interactive learning strategy based on Game-Based Learning in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SDN I Prigen and to explain how the strategy fosters enjoyable learning. A qualitative descriptive approach was used, with the PAI teacher and sixth-grade students as subjects. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model comprising data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was established through source and technique triangulation. The results show that the interactive strategy was implemented through planning, method and media selection, teaching implementation, classroom management, and evaluation using barcode-based Quizizz, complemented by a Star Board appreciation program. The strategy proved effective in increasing students' enthusiasm, motivation, and active participation, while creating a more interactive, conducive, and enjoyable classroom atmosphere. Game-Based Learning through Quizizz can thus serve as an effective alternative strategy for creating meaningful and enjoyable learning experiences for elementary school students.
