<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Return on Equity (ROE) at PT Galva Technologies Tbk. The study uses quantitative and qualitative data obtained from secondary sources, specifically the company’s financial statements for the 2020–2024 period, which were obtained from the company’s official website. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show the regression equation Y = 227.31 – 6.24X₁ + 1.10X₂, with an R value of 56% and an R² value of 31%. Based on the t-test results, the Debt to Asset Ratio has a negative but statistically insignificant effect on Return on Equity. Meanwhile, the Debt to Equity Ratio has a positive but statistically insignificant effect on Return on Equity. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 31% indicates that 31% of the variation in Return on Equity can be explained by the Debt to Asset Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio, while the remaining 69% is explained by other factors outside the research model.]]>
