Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are productive business units capable of absorbing labor and serving as the backbone of the community's economy. Meanwhile, training can be defined as the process of providing skills, knowledge, and experience to enhance individual capabilities in a particular field. The creative economy itself is an economic system based on community ideas, creativity, and innovation to create added value. This study aims to examine the implementation of training for MSME products, such asBonCabe(chilli chips) and banana chips, in Bubalango Village, East Sumalata District. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the training improved community skills in product processing, packaging, and digital marketing.
