This study examines the associations between Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Security, and Decision to Use BCA Mobile among students of UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur from the 2022 Cohort. The study employed a quantitative approach using a survey questionnaire distributed to 152 respondents selected through non-probability purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression after conducting validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results indicate that Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Security are each positively and significantly associated with Decision to Use. Perceived Ease of Use has the largest standardized coefficient (β = 0.446), followed by Perceived Usefulness (β = 0.392) and Perceived Security (β = 0.324). The simultaneous test also indicates that the three predictors are jointly significantly associated with Decision to Use (F = 74.534, p < 0.001). The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.602, indicating that the three predictors collectively account for 60.2% of the variance in Decision to Use. These results are consistent with the Technology Acceptance Model and indicate that usability, functional benefits, and perceived security are relevant considerations in users’ decisions to use mobile banking.
