<![CDATA[Smart Village is a rural development approach that utilizes digital technology to improve public services and community empowerment. Bawang Village, Blado District, Batang Regency, with a population of 1,864 residents, faces challenges related to conventional administrative services, limited digital capacity among village officials, low community digital literacy, and suboptimal use of digital media for public information. This community engagement program aims to improve village governance and public services through the development of a multilingual website integrated with village administrative services, while strengthening digital literacy and community participation. The program employed a participatory and asset-based community empowerment approach through direct instruction, hands-on training, Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), and continuous mentoring. Activities consisted of needs and potential mapping, participatory planning through Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), multilingual website development, training and mentoring for village officials and community members, and program evaluation. The evaluation involved satisfaction surveys, user interviews, and recommendations for service improvement and sustainability. The targeted outputs include a scientific article in a national journal, popular and news articles in mass media, and a video highlighting the community engagement activities. The program is expected to enhance the efficiency, transparency, and accessibility of village public services while strengthening digital capacity and supporting the sustainable implementation of Smart Village.]]>
