<![CDATA[Domestic violence remains a significant legal and social issue that requires preventive efforts through strengthening public legal awareness. Limited understanding of the forms of domestic violence, victims' rights, and legal protection mechanisms may hinder efforts to prevent and address domestic violence. This study aims to analyze changes in participants' legal understanding of domestic violence prevention after participating in a healthy relationship education program. This study employed empirical legal research with a socio-legal approach and a pre-experimental One Group Pretest–Posttest Design. The study involved 38 members of Aisyiyah and Nasyiatul Aisyiyah as respondents. Data were collected through Google Forms-based pre-test and post-test questionnaires, complemented by reflective questions that were thematically analyzed as supporting data. Quantitative data were analyzed descriptively to examine changes in participants' levels of understanding. The results showed that the proportion of participants with a good level of understanding increased from 76.3% in the pre-test to 94.7% in the post-test. The improvement was particularly evident in participants' understanding of the forms of domestic violence, victims' rights and legal protection, and mechanisms for accessing legal protection. The thematic analysis of participants' reflections also indicated an increased understanding of the importance of healthy communication, premarital education, and continuous legal education in preventing domestic violence. These findings indicate that healthy relationship education can serve as a preventive measure to strengthen legal knowledge and understanding as part of the broader process of enhancing public legal awareness. The involvement of women's organizations also has the potential to expand community-based legal education in domestic violence prevention efforts.]]>
