PT Kelas Auto Rental as a company engaged in vehicle rental services. This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of Workload (X1), Work Stress (X2), and Job Satisfaction (X3) on Turnover Intention (Y) of employees at PT Kelas Auto Rental. The object of this study is all employees of PT Kelas Auto Rental. This study uses two types of complementary data sources, namely primary data as the main source obtained directly through the distribution of questionnaires using Google Form and secondary data as supporting sources. The type of research used is quantitative research with an explanatory type. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling (total sampling). The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS version 4. Based on the results of the study, it is shown that Workload and Work Stress have a significant positive effect, while Job Satisfaction has a significant negative effect on employee Turnover Intention at PT Kelas Auto Rental.
