<![CDATA[Generation Z grew up in a digital environment with the demand to have adaptability, technological skills, communication skills, and good mental readiness to be able to compete in an increasingly competitive world of work. This study aims to determine the influence of Work Motivation (X1), Internship Experience (X2), Self Efficacy (X3), and Soft Skill (X4) on Job Readiness (Y) in students of the class of 2023 at Budi Luhur University, South Jakarta. This research uses a type of quantitative research with a causal research approach. The sampling of 94 respondents in this study used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. In this study, when calculating the number of samples, the slovin formula was used. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression using SPSS software version 26. The results of this study show that work motivation has a significant positive effect on job readiness. Internship experience has a positive effect on job readiness. Self efficacy has a significant positive effect on job readiness. Soft skills have a significant positive effect on job readiness. The self-efficacy variable is the most dominant in influencing work readiness among other variables.]]>
