<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze parents' perceptions of the school image at UPT SDN 03 Negeri Batin, covering aspects of school character and reputation, teacher competence and service quality, as well as the condition of physical facilities and environment. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Respondents consist of the principal, teachers, and students' parents selected using a purposive sampling technique. The results indicate that parents have a highly positive functional perception of the school's reputation due to its strategic location, affordable costs, and a series of student achievements at the sub-district level. Teacher competence is also considered excellent, patient, and disciplined, although the responsiveness of the school's communication services still needs improvement. Macro-environmentally, the school environment is deemed clean and safe, but there are complaints regarding sanitation facilities, specifically the lack of clean water availability in the students' restrooms. This study recommends that the school management immediately improve restroom infrastructure, increase the speed of information delivery, and optimize direct promotion strategies to maintain the trust of parents sustainably. ]]>
