Stroke is a non-communicable disease that frequently causes motor impairments, particularly in the arm and elbow, requiring continuous rehabilitation to restore functional movement. Telbowmes is an elbow therapy device designed to support controlled joint-movement exercises; however, its use requires an ergonomic supporting chair and table that accommodate users’ anthropometric characteristics. This study aimed to design and develop an ergonomic, safe, and economically feasible supporting chair and table for the Telbowmes elbow therapy device. The research involved anthropometric data collection followed by adequacy, normality, and uniformity tests, percentile determination, product design, manufacturing analysis, and production-cost evaluation. The results produced an adjustable table-surface height of 60.33–86.07 cm, a table length of 45.6 cm, a table width of 80.1 cm, a chair backrest height of 87.6 cm, and a seat dimension of 66.5 cm. The design integrates anthropometric considerations with structural stability, adjustable mechanisms, safety features, manufacturing requirements, and economic analysis. The manufacturing analysis also established a structured relationship among materials, components, production operations, and assembly activities. The estimated production cost was IDR 3,300,000 per unit, with an estimated selling price of IDR 3,960,000. The developed design provides an integrated ergonomic support system intended to improve user comfort, safety, and compatibility during elbow rehabilitation.
