<![CDATA[Digital transformation in aesthetic clinics supports accurate treatment records, appointment management, inventory control, payment records, and operational reporting. This study analyzes the effect of a cloud-based clinic management information system on operational performance, with operational efficiency as a mediating variable. Using an explanatory sequential mixed-method design, data were collected from 120 DERMATECH users in 10 aesthetic clinics and supported by semi-structured interviews. SEM-PLS results show that digital transformation positively affects operational efficiency (β = 0.72; t = 12.45; p < 0.001) and operational performance (β = 0.38; t = 5.12; p < 0.001). Operational efficiency also positively affects operational performance (β = 0.46; t = 6.83; p < 0.001). The R² values indicate that digital transformation explains 52% of operational efficiency, while digital transformation and operational efficiency explain 67% of operational performance. Qualitative findings confirm that digitizing registration, treatment records, scheduling, inventory, and dashboards reduces manual work, accelerates services, and improves data accuracy.
