Digital transformation in aesthetic clinics supports accurate treatment records, appointment management, inventory control, payment records, and operational reporting. This study analyzes the effect of a cloud-based clinic management information system on operational performance, with operational efficiency as a mediating variable. Using an explanatory sequential mixed-method design, data were collected from 120 DERMATECH users in 10 aesthetic clinics and supported by semi-structured interviews. SEM-PLS results show that digital transformation positively affects operational efficiency (β = 0.72; t = 12.45; p < 0.001) and operational performance (β = 0.38; t = 5.12; p < 0.001). Operational efficiency also positively affects operational performance (β = 0.46; t = 6.83; p < 0.001). The R² values indicate that digital transformation explains 52% of operational efficiency, while digital transformation and operational efficiency explain 67% of operational performance. Qualitative findings confirm that digitizing registration, treatment records, scheduling, inventory, and dashboards reduces manual work, accelerates services, and improves data accuracy. This study contributes to applied informatics, information systems, mobile computing, and cloud computing.
