PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera, located in Wirowongso, served as the setting for this investigation, in which employee productivity constituted the principal focus of inquiry. This study was undertaken to ascertain the extent to which a welfare-oriented leadership approach and employees’ work morale contribute to enhancing workforce performance within the organization. An explanatory quantitative framework was adopted, drawing on data from 35 respondents recruited via purposive sampling. A Likert-scale questionnaire was employed as the primary data collection instrument, with the resulting data examined through multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. Results demonstrated that both welfare-oriented leadership and work morale produced positive and statistically significant effects on employee productivity, whether assessed separately or in combination. An R value of 0.866 confirmed a notably strong relationship between the predictor variables and the outcome measure, while an R Square of 0.751 established that 75.1% of productivity variance is attributable to these two variables, with the remaining 24.9% stemming from factors outside the model's scope. These findings lead to the conclusion that cultivating welfare-centered leadership practices alongside sustained employee morale serves as a powerful catalyst for improved productivity outcomes.
