This study aims to analyze the effect of a combination of Palm Kernel Shell Ash (PKSA) and Styrene-Butadiene Rubber (SBR) Latex on the compressive strength of concrete and to determine the composition that provides optimal performance. PKSA was used as a partial substitute in the concrete mix, while SBR Latex was used as a polymer material at various concentrations. Compressive strength testing was conducted on concrete specimens at 28 days of age to determine the effect of composition variations on concrete strength. The results showed that the B-M5 mixture, with a 5% PKSA substitution and no SBR latex, yielded an average compressive strength of 14.95 MPa, whereas adding 1% SBR latex to the B-M5P1 mixture increased the compressive strength to 18.56 MPa—a 24.15% increase. However, increasing the SBR Latex content to 2% did not result in an increase in compressive strength and actually caused a decrease in strength. Among all the modified concrete variations, the combination of 5% PKSA and 1% SBR Latex produced the highest compressive strength at 28 days. The results of the study indicate that the combination of PKSA and SBR Latex can affect the compressive strength of concrete, with the effectiveness depending on the proportions of the materials used. The combination of 5% PKSA and 1% SBR latex was the most effective composition based on the compressive strength test results in this study.
