<![CDATA[Antimicrobial coating business planning requires operational readiness that integrates product design, manufacturing processes, supply chains, inventory, quality control, application services, and after-sales support. This study aims to analyze operational management readiness in the PT Sindopaint Aditama Business Plan as a basis for implementing the antimicrobial coating business during the planning stage. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using document analysis of the revised PT Sindopaint Aditama Business Plan. The analysis focuses on five components: process and capacity design, supply chain management, inventory planning and control, quality management, and operational cost and investment. The findings show that the operational flow has been designed from raw-material receiving, mixing and dispersion, tinting, filtration, filling and packaging, storage, to distribution, supported by a one-way flow, a Production Controlling System, and a Warehouse & MRP System. Planned production capacity reaches 7,280 pails per month, while production requirements increase from 8,600 pails in Year 1 to 30,341 pails in Year 5. Inventory is separated into retail and installed-project categories with a 10% buffer stock, while quality control covers incoming inspection, in-process control, final quality control, batch traceability, calibration, internal audits, nonconforming-product handling, warranties, and claim handling. The analysis indicates that the operational design provides sufficient capacity and control mechanisms to support market penetration and expansion; however, inventory data need to be synchronized, the treatment of buffer stock within production targets must be clarified, and production volumes should be periodically validated against operational-cost projections. The study concludes that operational readiness is an important foundation for consistent quality, reliable demand fulfillment, and sustainable growth of PT Sindopaint Aditama.]]>
