Abstract

Indonesia is one of the strategic markets for the world's health and food supplement industry. And along with the increase in people's purchasing power, the consumption of health supplements is also becoming a trend. And currently, mangosteen fruit extract is processed and marketed in conventional forms, ranging from syrups to capsules and another inefficient packaging. The business model for making mangosteen fruit extract into an effervescent tablet product is currently not available on the market, so producing it can be a business opportunity. The system development method used in this research uses the lean canvas method as business analysis. Abstract

Many ownership of vehicles is an opportunity for repair service owners in Indonesia, to plan operations on Carimontir's business plan, operational plans are carried out based on a strategic plan by setting operational objectives in line with the company's strategic plan in accordance with setting objectives. After determining operational objectives, Carimontir determines targets that in accordance with QSPM, namely the number of business partners and being anywhere & anytime. Then according to the business level strategy, namely the differentiation strategy by having artificial intelligence technology in the form of Chat Bots. The idea for the display of the application must be easy for everyone to understand by applying a minimalist design concept accompanied by symbols that imply the function of the user of the feature. In designing the Carimontir system process technology using the latest version of the system so that application work will run smoothly without lag, the latest security system is an important part of system security and company data.

Abstract

Usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) memiliki peran penting dalam menopang perekonomian Indonesia. Kementerian Koperasi dan UMKM mencatat peran usaha kecil di tahun 2019 telah mampu membuka 5.930.317 lapangan kerja, 1.508.970 pendapatan domestik bruto dengan 798.679 unit usaha yang tersebar di Indonesia. Namun sayangnya pengusaha kecil dan menengah masih mengalami kesulitan dalam mengembangkan bisnis diantaranya sulit mendapatkan akses permodalan dari perbankan maupun investor karena belum memiliki laporan keuangan sesuai dengan standar akuntansi keuangan. Wawancara yang dilakukan kepada UKM di Bekasi menginformasikan diantara penyebabnya adalah karena pengusaha UKM bukan berasal dari background accounting dan merasa bingung bagaimana praktek akuntansi di usahanya. Financial Report Assistant (FIRA) dirancang sebagai aplikasi akuntansi yang membantu pengusaha kecil dan menengah dengan inovasi literasi keuangan melalui digital teknologi. Analisis PORTER digunakan sebagai framework perancangan bisnis FIRA. Analisis PORTER digunakan untuk memahami kekuatan perusahaan dalam menghadapi persaingan di industri.

Abstract

Manajemen operasional merupakan fungsi utama dalam pengelolaan suatu perusahaan. Manajemen operasi ini berkembang sesuai dengan kemajuan teknologi dan munculnya inovasi-inovasi baru yang diterapkan dalam praktik bisnis. Saat ini, banyak perusahaan memandang dan menggunakan manajemen operasi sebagai alat strategis untuk bersaing. Manajemen operasional sangat diperlukan untuk melahirkan inovasi-inovasi baru dan perubahan ke arah yang lebih baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui segala kebutuhan yang diperlukan untuk perencanaan bank digital untuk anak (Dex Junior). Metode penelitian menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada nasabah, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari literatur terkait bank digital. Manajemen operasional yang baik akan membantu perusahaan mempersiapkan segala kebutuhannya. Manajemen operasional menjadi landasan bagi suatu perusahaan karena mendorong terciptanya strategi untuk bersaing dalam mencapai dan memperoleh tujuan.

Abstract

The distribution of disadvantaged groups in need of health services is increasing every year. The government's BPJS program cannot be fully followed by the marginalized. Therefore, we need NGOs that care about the health of marginalized people, like the LKC Dompet Dhuafa service. Every month, hundreds of medical services are successfully provided by Dompet Dhuafa, but medical data management is not done optimally. The purpose of this activity is to support health data management of marginalized people in areas under the leadership of Dhuafa Wallet as an innovation to promote teamwork in the field. Methods to support this activity include 1) Improve knowledge of data management and medical record keeping, and 2) Create a health information system for disadvantaged groups. The target of this activity is 8 volunteers. Based on the evaluation results, volunteers' knowledge increased from an average score of 60 to 80. It is hoped that this health data management support will fill the gap and improve health services for disadvantaged groups.

Abstract

After determining operational goals and targets, Simpel OM then determines a strategy so that the quality of work of employees and Operators becomes competitive and credible. The Simple OM human capital strategy is applied more to developing the skills and direction of each staff's job description, especially those that are closely related to the main strategy in QSPM. QSPM related to HR is recruiting qualified and experienced IT staff as one way to run the Simple OM platform more easily and easily accessed, recruiting and training Field Marketing staff for outreach to material stores, the community and to provide communication and practice. Simple OM application for material shop users, employing quality and targeted human resources, and organizing and creating training that is right on target.

Abstract

Sistem akuntansi sendiri merupakan suatu bidang yang berhubungan dengan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan prosedur pengumpulan dan pelaporan data keuangan. Merencanakan suatu sistem yang mempunyai unsur checks and balances untuk dapat menjaga aset perusahaan, serta memiliki aliran informasi yang efisien dan berguna bagi manajemen. Beberapa usaha kecil yang belum memahami cara membuat laporan keuangan sendiri menjadi peluang bagi perusahaan penyedia aplikasi akuntansi untuk membantu pengusaha kecil dengan menghadirkan aplikasi akuntansi yang mudah dan real time, serta dengan dukungan teknologi yang up to date. Karena masih ada sebagian pengusaha kecil yang meskipun sudah membeli aplikasi akuntansi masih belum memahami cara membuat laporan keuangan usahanya sendiri, salah satunya karena belum adanya tim ahli yang dapat membimbing mereka dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi akuntansi, mengelola dan menyusun laporan keuangan untuk bisnis mereka. Oleh karena itu, aplikasi akuntansi Financial Report Assistant (FIRA) berbasis cloud computing hadir sebagai solusi untuk membantu pengusaha kecil agar mampu mengendalikan keuangan perusahaan secara realtime, mudah dan tentunya aman digunakan, serta menyediakan layanan keuangan, perpajakan dan pendidikan bisnis untuk menambah wawasan dalam mengelola keuangan perusahaan menjadi lebih baik bagi bisnis nasabah.
