Hypertension is a major health problem associated with cardiovascular complications. Complementary herbal interventions, including Moringa oleifera, require clinical evaluation. Objective: To analyze changes in blood pressure after Moringa oleifera leaf decoction among patients with hypertension at Kademangan Public Health Center, Cianjur. Methods: A quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design was used. Twenty-three participants were recruited using purposive sampling. Blood pressure was measured at baseline, weekly during six weeks of intervention, and after intervention. The Shapiro-Wilk test assessed normality; Wilcoxon signed-rank test compared pretest and posttest values, while the Friedman test assessed changes across eight measurement points. Results: Mean systolic blood pressure decreased from 183.48±15.63 mmHg to 135.91±15.19 mmHg, and diastolic blood pressure decreased from 95.74±4.38 to 83.61±4.62 mmHg. Wilcoxon testing showed significant pre-post differences for both systolic and diastolic blood pressure (both p<0.001). Friedman testing demonstrated significant changes across the eight time points (systolic χ²(7)=160.55; diastolic χ²(7)=140.15; both p<0.001). Conclusion: Blood pressure decreased significantly after the intervention, with a gradual downward pattern over six weeks.
