Community Service Program (KKN) is a form of community service aimed at increasing community independence and developing local potential in the area. This KKN activity was conducted in Adiarsa Timur Village, Karawang Timur District, Karawang Regency, with the main programs consisting of hydroponic cultivation education and practice, as well as Business Model Canvas (BMC) assistance for MSME actors. The activities were motivated by limited land availability in Adiarsa Timur Village and the need to improve MSME actors' understanding of managing their businesses in a more structured manner. The implementation methods included observation, socialization, education, practice, mentoring, and evaluation. The hydroponic activities provided knowledge about seed selection, seedling, growing media, nutrient application, and planSt maintenance. Meanwhile, the BMC mentoring introduced the nine main elements of a business model to assist MSME actors and improve their knowledge and skills in utilizing local potential. Overall, these activities serve as an initial step in supporting community empowerment, MSME development, and the productive and sustainable utilization of local potential.
