In primary education, students nerpret and organize teaching goals; however, a global picture of how such teacher conceptions develop across contexts remains limited. This study uses Scopus-indexed bibliometric data from 1985 es the intellectual landscape of teacher conceptions related to stimulating primary students' creative thinking through a structured search and science mapping workflow. The bibliometric results show an annual publication growth rate of 6.02%, with the field reaching a peak in 2024 (45 articles) and identifying a Taiwan-based scholar as the most productive contributor. Citation-based analysis further highlights two cornerstone works that form the evidentiary and theoretical pillars of the domain in educational psychology and pedagogical strategies. Chronological keyword co- occurrence results also point to a shift from earlier creativity-focused foundations toward technology-enabled instructional approaches, including augmented reality, game-based learning, design thinking, and project-based learning. These mapped trends provide an actionable reference for future research directions and for strengthening teacher professional development and curriculum policy aimed at sustaining creativity-focused learning in primary schools.
