<![CDATA[This study examines the transformation of the philosophy and concept of Islamic leadership from the perspective of da’wah management in the modern leadership era. Rapid developments in digital technology, globalization, organizational complexity, and changing societal characteristics have encouraged the need for adaptive leadership without neglecting Islamic values. This research employs a qualitative-conceptual approach through library research by analyzing the Qur’an, Hadith, scholarly literature on Islamic leadership, da’wah management studies, and contemporary leadership theories. The findings reveal that the philosophical foundations of Islamic leadership, namely amanah, siddiq, tabligh, and fathanah, remain relevant in addressing contemporary organizational challenges. These values undergo transformation through digital, collaborative, adaptive, and transformational leadership approaches. The proposed conceptual model demonstrates that integrating Islamic leadership values with modern leadership practices contributes to organizational effectiveness, da’wah innovation, public trust, and organizational sustainability within contemporary da’wah institutions.
