Abstract

Da'wah institutions are social institutions that are active in the field of Islamic da'wah, both local and regional or national level institutions. HR (Human Resources) is one of the most important factors and cannot even be separated from an institution, organization, institution or company. Indonesia itself has regulations governing human resource development. That is, workforce is everyone who does work to produce goods and/or services both to meet their own needs and those of the community as stated in article 1 point 2 of Law Number 13 of 2023 concerning Manpower. To achieve institutional goals, increase productivity, and maintain a company's competitive advantage, human resources are very important. Human resources are a very important resource for any institution or organization because they are the ones who really carry out all the functions of the institution. The development of an institution depends on its Human Resources. HR development is one of the efforts made by the institution to improve the performance of its members/employees. Institutions certainly have their own methods in developing the quality of human resources. Training human resources is not necessarily a matter of providing material, practice, trials and more. However, organizers must know what exactly is the definition of this program, what are its objectives, what are the benefits, and other things such as Zakat institutions, educational institutions, and Hajj and Umrah travel agency institutions.

Abstract

The era of disruption is characterised by rapid and significant changes in various sectors, including technological, economic, and social. These changes require da'wah institutions to innovate and adapt to remain relevant in meeting the needs of the people and a dynamic society. This research discusses the optimisation of the environment of da'wah institutions in facing the era of disruption through innovation and entrepreneurship approaches. In the context of rapid social and technological change, da'wah institutions are required to adapt to remain relevant and effective in delivering religious messages. The method used in this research is a literature study with a qualitative approach, where data is collected from various sources such as journals, scientific articles, and books. The analysis focused on the ability of da'wah institutions to innovate, create sharia-based entrepreneurship programmes, and use digital technology to expand the reach of da'wah. By applying this approach, da'wah institutions can overcome emerging challenges and capitalise on existing opportunities, so as to strengthen their role in an increasingly complex society. The results of this study are expected to provide practical recommendations for da'wah organisations to improve their capacity in facing disruption.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the relationship between Human Resource Management and the Performance of Da'wah Organizations (Case Study: Nahdlatul Ulama. The research method uses qualitative research with the type of case study on Nahdlatul Ulama. The technique for obtaining data uses library research. The results of this research are that Nahdlatul Ulama has a good organizational structure, from management levels and a complete management structure. In implementing human resources in the Nahdlatul Ulama organization, it is realized in the form of priority work programs that lead to human resource management, first, development programs human quality which focuses on 2 aspects, namely the education and health aspects. The education aspect is realized in the NU Scholarship program by Lakpesdam PBNU and the health aspect is realized in the form of the Inclusion Program and Gerakan Keluarga Maslahat NU (GKMNU) and the second priority work program, namely organizational strengthening. institutions and networks, which are realized in one form of activity, namely cadre formation. Furthermore, the relationship between human resource management and the performance of missionary organizations has a very close relationship in managing, organizing and utilizing human resources so that they can contribute to the performance of missionary organizations.

Abstract

Era disrupsi digital telah mengubah lanskap pendidikan Islam, termasuk pondok pesantren, yang dituntut untuk beradaptasi agar tetap relevan dan berdaya saing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen dakwah Pondok Pesantren Qurrota Ayun Condet dalam mengembangkan kewirausahaan santri sebagai upaya membangun kemandirian ekonomi sekaligus memperkuat peran dakwah Islam di era disrupsi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik dengan teknik triangulasi sumber dan member checking untuk menjaga validitas hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen dakwah Pondok Pesantren Qurrota Ayun Condet menerapkan strategi terencana dalam pengembangan kewirausahaan yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi berbasis digital. Pesantren mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islami dalam kegiatan usaha dan program dakwah, seperti kejujuran, amanah, dan tanggung jawab, sehingga kewirausahaan menjadi media dakwah bil hal dan pembentukan karakter santri. Program dakwah unggulan yang dikembangkan meliputi dakwah ekonomi melalui unit usaha kreatif, koperasi pesantren, jasa laundry, dan produksi konten digital dakwah. Implementasi teknologi informasi, kolaborasi dengan pemerintah dan sektor swasta, serta pembelajaran berbasis praktik menjadi faktor utama keberhasilan program dakwah dan kewirausahaan. Namun demikian, tantangan masih dihadapi, seperti keterbatasan SDM, modal, dan adaptasi teknologi. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memberikan model manajemen dakwah dan kewirausahaan pesantren yang integratif dan berkelanjutan di era digital.

Abstract

Digital transformation has shifted the practice of da'wah from a physical-based religious communication to a media ecosystem influenced by platform logic, algorithms, and popularity culture. This study aims to analyze the dilemma of digital da'wah in maintaining a spiritual orientation while adapting to the demands of visibility in the digital space. This study uses a qualitative approach with a library research method through a critical review of 28 scientific sources published between 2018 and 2025, which include studies on digital religion, the mediatization of religion, digital religious authority, and the commodification of da'wah. Data are analyzed interpretively through a process of concept identification, comparison of findings, and theoretical synthesis. This study found that the main dilemma of digital da'wah lies not only in media changes, but in the shift in the logic of religiosity: from an orientation towards spiritual development to the demands of digital performativity. The main finding of this study is a conceptual model that maps nine dimensions of tension between spirituality and popularity, including the purpose of da'wah, message character, role of da'wah, source of authority, media, system logic, audience relations, content production, and social impact. The model demonstrates that digital da'wah undergoes a negotiation between the authenticity of religious values ​​and the mechanisms of the attention economy, so that religious authority is no longer solely constructed through scholarly legitimacy, but also through visibility, interaction, and resonance within digital networks. This research implies the need for a digital da'wah strategy that integrates technological adaptation with maintaining message depth, communication ethics, and the sustainability of spiritual development.
