<![CDATA[Background: Infancy is a critical period for rapid physical growth and developmental change, making systematic monitoring important for early identification of children who may require additional surveillance or assessment. Objective: This study aimed to describe the growth and developmental screening profile of infants aged 3–11 months using the Indonesian Stimulation, Detection, and Early Intervention of Child Development (SDIDTK) framework and age-appropriate Kuesioner Pra Skrining Perkembangan (KPSP). Methods: A quantitative descriptive cross-sectional study will be conducted among infants aged 3–11 months recruited from selected child-health services. Growth will be assessed using standardized anthropometric measurements, while development will be screened using the age-appropriate KPSP within the SDIDTK framework. Descriptive statistics will summarize participant characteristics, growth indicators, overall developmental screening classification, and domain-specific findings. Results: A total of 140 infants were included. Most infants had growth indicators within the expected range. Based on KPSP, 121 (86.4%) infants had development appropriate for age, 15 (10.7%) had questionable findings, and 4 (2.9%) showed possible developmental deviation. Language and socialization/independence showed the largest proportions of domain-specific screening concerns. Conclusions: The study is expected to provide an empirical baseline for infant growth and developmental surveillance and to support pediatric nursing decisions regarding caregiver guidance, repeated monitoring, and referral when screening findings are concerning.]]>
