<![CDATA[The Indonesian National Police Mobile Brigade Corps (Korps Brimob Polri), particularly Sub-Detachment 3 Gegana in Sumbawa Besar, faces operational challenges due to delays in procuring the Jibom Mirror Set, a critical device used in bomb threat sterilization. The shortage of this equipment has reduced operational effectiveness, productivity, and personnel safety by requiring manual inspection procedures that increase the risk of accidents, work-related stress, and human error. To address this issue, personnel developed an independent Jibom Mirror Set as a practical, cost-effective, and efficient innovation without compromising operational functionality. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach conducted at Sub-Detachment 3 Gegana, Satbrimob of the West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police, Sumbawa Besar, from January to June 2026. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with three Gegana personnel and two commanding officers selected using purposive sampling, and documentation. Data were analyzed using Sugiyono's qualitative analysis model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with validity ensured through triangulation. The analysis used the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dimensions of Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use. Findings indicate the independently developed Jibom Mirror Set significantly improves sterilization effectiveness by accelerating inspection processes, expanding visual coverage, and increasing accuracy. The device also enhanced productivity by enabling faster, more efficient, and more accurate inspections in confined areas.]]>
