<![CDATA[Patient safety culture is not solely determined by the availability of procedures, but also by work practices consistently embedded in organizational routines. This study aims to analyze the effects of work discipline, work environment, and leadership on patient safety culture and to examine the moderating role of organizational commitment at IIK Bhakti Wiyata Dental and Oral Hospital in Kediri. A quantitative approach with a survey design was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 68 respondents who met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed using multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS. The findings show that work discipline, work environment, and leadership have positive and significant effects on patient safety culture. Among these variables, leadership emerges as the most influential factor, indicating the importance of consistent direction, exemplary conduct, and open communication in healthcare services. However, organizational commitment does not moderate the effects of work discipline, work environment, or leadership on patient safety culture. These findings suggest that strengthening patient safety culture requires more than employee attachment to the organization. It should be supported by effective leadership, a safe and supportive work environment, and disciplined practices consistently applied in service delivery.]]>
