PT. Primaland is a company operating in the light steel industry. Over the past year, the production process has frequently encountered defects like Camber, Twist, Bow, Label, and Short Length. This study applies the Six Sigma method with DMAIC stages to improve quality. The analysis results show a sigma level of 2.5 with a DPMO value of 11,342. The most common defects are Camber (31%), Twist (28%), and Bow (25%). Recommended improvements include scheduling work rotations, technical training, and using digital alignment tools.
