Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi, dan Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan: Studi Kasus pada PT DOM Pizza Indonesia

This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Discipline, Compensation, and Workload on Employee Performance, both partially and simultaneously, among permanent employees of PT DOM Pizza Indonesia. The population consists of permanent employees who have worked for at least one year, using with non-probability sampling with the purposive sampling technique. Based on the Slovin formula, a minimum sample of 96 respondents was obtained, and after the data collection and cleaning process, a final sample of 120 respondents was analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS versi 32. The results show that, partially, Work Discipline and Compensation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, while Workload has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance. Simultaneously, the three variables have a significant effect on Employee Performance, contributing 55.7%, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors outside this research model. Data analysis techniques are used to test the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Glejser Test, Correlation Coefficient Analysis Test, Multiple Linear Analysis Test, Determination Coefficient Test (R2), Hypothesis Test, F Test, T Test.
