This study aims to analyze the leadership style of Village Head H. Abdul Karim in enhancing the development of Siku Village, Empat Petulai Dangku District, Muara Enim Regency. The study employed a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the village head's leadership style encompasses directive, supportive, participative, and achievement-oriented leadership styles based on the Path–Goal Theory. The first three leadership styles have been implemented effectively, whereas the achievement-oriented leadership style still requires improvement. Supporting factors for village development include effective communication, the active role of the Village Consultative Body (BPD), and an adequate village budget, while the inhibiting factors consist of natural disasters, the limited capacity of village officials, and inadequate coordination. Improving the capacity of village officials and strengthening community participation are necessary to support village development.
