<![CDATA[Road infrastructure projects require effective control of cost and schedule performance to ensure completion according to the established plan. This study aims to evaluate the cost and schedule performance of the Kema–Rumbia Road Landslide Mitigation Project using the Earned Value Management (EVM) method and to estimate the cost and completion time of the project. Project data from Week 1 to Week 37 were analyzed, with detailed evaluation conducted at Week 18 and Week 35. The parameters analyzed include Planned Value (PV), Earned Value (EV), Actual Cost (AC), Cost Variance (CV), Schedule Variance (SV), Cost Performance Index (CPI), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Completion (EAC), and Schedule Estimate at Completion (S-EAC). The results show that at Week 18, the project experienced cost inefficiency and schedule delay, indicated by a CPI of 0.79 and SPI of 0.92. At Week 35, cost performance improved, with a positive CV of Rp328,398,417.87 and CPI of 1.07, while schedule performance remained behind plan with an SPI of 0.93. At Week 18, the estimated completion time was 250 days compared with the planned 240 days, while actual project completion reached approximately 254 days. The EAC decreased from Rp6,728,615,463.56 at Week 18 to Rp4,961,419,150.13 at Week 35. These findings indicate that improved cost efficiency did not eliminate schedule delays.]]>
