Study This aim analyze conditions and patterns distribution spatial Sustainable Development Index Local (IPBL) in Surabaya City. Research use approach mixed methods with utilizing secondary data from various agency government . Analysis done through compilation index composite , Moran's Index , and Local Indicators of Spatial Autocorrelation (LISA). The results of the study show that dimensions social dominated category medium (61%), dimensions economy category medium (58%), and dimensions environment category tall and while each is 42%. Analysis spatial show existence autocorrelation spatial positive with pattern clustered , where the dimensions social and environmental significant , whereas dimensions economy No significant .
