Background: Circumcision is a minor surgical procedure requiring optimal wound care to prevent inflammation and infection and to accelerate the healing process. Silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) synthesized using *Eucalyptus* leaf extract possess antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that have the potential to accelerate wound healing. Purpose: To determine the effectiveness of AgNP gel based on *Eucalyptus* leaf extract on post-circumcision wound healing. Method: This study employed an experimental design with a quantitative approach, involving a sample of 20 respondents aged 7 to 13 years who underwent circumcision; the sample was selected using the total sampling technique. Data were collected through direct observation of the wound condition following the circumcision procedure. Data analysis was performed using the Chi-square test with a significance level of 0.05.Results: Application of the AgNP gel reduced the levels of inflammation and exudate. Chi-square test results indicated a significant association between pre- and post-treatment conditions. Significant differences were observed in the levels of inflammation (p=0.010) and exudate (p<0.001). Conclusion: The use of a silver nanoparticle (AgNP) gel based on *Eucalyptus* leaf extract has proven effective in accelerating the post-circumcision wound healing process in children. Following treatment, significant reductions were observed in various wound healing parameters including the degree of inflammation, redness, and exudate as well as a decrease in wound diameter.
