Micro-enterprises in rural areas play a vital role in supporting local economic activity by providing goods and services that meet daily needs. However, these businesses often lack an identity that would enhance their visibility to consumers. This community service initiative aimed to boost micro enterprise visibility through business mapping, the provision of banners (as physical identity markers), and assistance in registering business locations on Google Maps (as digital identity markers). The implementation employed a descriptive-participatory approach involving observation, business identification and mapping, communication with business owners, the provision of identity materials, and digital technology support. The mapping process identified eleven business units as the program's targets. The intervention successfully strengthened business identities in both the physical realm through banner installation and the digital realm by listing business locations on Google Maps. The initiative demonstrates that strengthening physical and digital identities serves as a crucial first step toward increasing micro-enterprise visibility and expanding business opportunities by making them more easily discoverable by consumers.
