Industry 4.0 adoption has become a key strategy for manufacturing industries to enhance competitiveness. However, itsimplementation faces various challenges. This study aims to identify and analyze the Critical Success Factors (CSFs) forIndustry 4.0 adoption in the manufacturing sector using a Systematic Literature Review based on PRISMA 2020. Data werecollected from 10 international and national journal articles indexed by Scopus and SINTA from 2018 to 2022. The synthesisrevealed 8 main CSFs: top management support, implementation strategy, technological infrastructure, competent humanresources, organizational culture, collaboration, cybersecurity, and government policy. Studies by Lestari et al. (2020) andWibowo et al. (2022) confirm that the readiness of Indonesian SMEs is a determining factor. This study provides an applicableCSF framework for manufacturing managers to plan their Industry 4.0 adoption roadmap.
