Abstract

Komunikasi data dalam jaringan sangat diperlukan untuk pertukaran data dan informasi. Teknologi komunikasi berbasis IP (Internet Protocol) dapat diimplementasikan menggunakan VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol). VoIP dapat digunakan untuk layanan komunikasi yang dapat mengirimkan pesan, suara maupun video menggunakan jaringan internet yang terhubung dengan IP. Kelebihannya adalah efisiensi terhadap bandwidth, efisiensi terhadap biaya pengelolaan. Di SMK Al-Manar Islamic School Cibarusah siswa jurusan TKJ belum sepenuhnya memahami akan peranan VoIP untuk layanan komunikasi dalam jaringan lokal dengan memanfaatkan infrastruktur jaringan yang ada. Pada pelatihan ini dibuat rancangan layanan jaringan komunikasi VoIP menggunakan Router Cisco sebagai server VoIP dan IP Phone sebagai media komunikasinya. Tujuannya adalah supaya siswa/i memiliki kemampuan dalam melakukan konfigurasi Router Cisco untuk layanan VoIP sekaligus dapat mengimplementasikannya pada jaringan lokal. Metode yang digunakan pada pelatihan ini adalah simulasi dan implementasi. Simulasi dilakukan pada rancangan dengan tools cisco packet tracer, kemudian implementasi konfigurasi VoIP diterapkan pada real device Router Cisco. Hasil konfigurasi pada Router cisco langsung dilakukan pengujian komunikasi menggunakan IP phone

Abstract

Scheduling subjects is very important in the course of teaching and learning activities in schools, this schedule aims to support, expedite, and increase discipline in the process of teaching and learning activities. Several problems often occur related to the scheduling management of subjects at SMK Puja Bangsa, because it is still done manually. The curriculum section processes scheduling data using the ms.excel application then prints the schedule, so that the course schedule creation process is ineffective because the process tends to take a long time and the resulting schedule information is less accurate. This research is a software development research that aims to design a Web-Based Subject Scheduling Information System. This system is designed to make it easier to manage the schedule of subjects in school. This software development uses the waterfall development model. The system was built using the PHP programming language with the Codeigniter and MySQL framework for storing databases. The method used in this research includes data collection, literature study related to scheduling web-based subjects. Observations and interviews are used to determine user responses to the information system that has been designed. The results obtained from the design of this system is a subject scheduling information system that can facilitate the scheduling process so that the learning process can be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Abstract--A manual door security system that has many shortcomings including difficulty opening locks when used, easily broken and keys that tend to be duplicated thereby reducing convenience and security. To prevent this, a good and easy-to-use room security system is needed. At this time began to develop an electronic room safety system using RFID technology (Radio-Frequency Identification) to improve the security system at the door of the house. In this study discusses the design and prototype of an automatic room door lock using an RFID system. The research method used is research and development. This Automatic Door is programmed by the Arduino application by creating a security system using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) as a radio wave of data carrier frequencies that will be received by the receiver. The results of this study are the creation of an automatic home door security system using RFID which has a better level of security compared to manual security, so that it can cope with acts of theft in homes that are often abandoned by residents. In addition, the use of RFID can also minimize the overall lock on the house, so that every family member needs only one tag card / key to open all the locks on the door in the house. Keywords: Arduino Uno, RFID, Servo Motor, Solenoi Abstrak--Sistem pengamanan pintu rumah yang bersifat manual memiliki banyak kekurangan diantaranya sulit membuka kunci ketika digunakan, mudah dibobol dan kunci yang cenderung dapat diduplikat sehingga mengurangi kemudahan dan keamanan. Untuk mencegah hal tersebut dibutuhkan sistem keamanan ruangan yang baik dan mudah digunakan. Saat ini mulai dikembangkan sistem pengaman ruangan yang bersifat elektronik dengan menggunakan teknologi RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) untuk meningkatkan sistem keamanan pada pintu rumah. Dalam penelitian ini membahas mengenai desain dan prototype pengunci pintu ruangan otomatis menggunakan sistem RFID. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah riset dan pengembangan. Pintu Otomatis ini diprogram oleh aplikasi Arduino dengan membuat sistem keamanan menggunakan Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) sebagai gelombang radio frekuensi pembawa data yang akan diterima receiver. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terciptanya sistem keamanan pintu rumah otomatis menggunakan RFID yang memiliki tingkat keamanan lebih baik dibandingkan dengan pengamanan manual, sehingga dapat menanggulangi terjadinya tindak pencurian pada rumah-rumah yang sering ditinggalkan oleh penghuninya. Selain itu penggunaan RFID ini juga dapat meminimalis keseluruan kunci pada rumah, sehingga setiap anggota keluarga cukup membutuhkan satu tag card / kunci untuk membuka seluruh kunci pada pintu yang ada di rumah. Abstract

Information systems have a very important role in managing and providing information in an activity or field. One of them is a work order production information system in a company. In managing production work orders at PT. Chandra Nugerah Cipta some still use Ms. Excel, so that in meeting the information needs in particular to obtain WO (work order) information on production, production WO report production and information systems for the entry and exit of goods for production needs have not run optimally, so companies still need a better system. The system development method in this study uses the waterfall method. While the system approach method uses a structured approach consisting of context diagrams, data flow diagrams, table relationships, or ERD (Entity Relationship Diagrams). Implementation and design of the program uses MySQL as a database and VB programming language. For application development. The results of this study are the creation of a work order production information system at PT. Abstract

ABSTRAKAngka kenaikan pasien Covid-19 khususnya varian omicron mulai menunjukkan kenaikan signifikan mulai awal tahun 2022 ini. Gejala varian omicron yang hampir mirip dengan influenza dan faringitis menyebabkan masyarakat cukup sulit membedakan apakah terkena Covid-19 varian omicron atau hanya influenza atau faringitis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sistem pakar Certainty Factor untuk memberikan kepastian dari sebuah ketidakpastian akan gejala Covid-19 varian omicron ini. Dari hasil pengujian sampel dengan gejala demam, kelelahan, pegal-pegal, sakit kepala, sakit menelan dan pilek, diperoleh nilai persentase keyakinan penyakit Covid-19 yaitu 68,94%, penyakit influenza sebesar 56,32% dan penyakit faringitis sebesar 49,17%. Nilai persentase keyakinan terbesar dari masing-masing penyakit adalah 68,94% yaitu kemungkinan pasien menderita penyakit Covid-19 varian omicron.Kata kunci: omicron, influenza, faringitis, certainty factor, sistem pakarABSTRACTThe increase in the number of Covid-19 patients, especially the omicron variant, began to show a significant increase starting in early 2022. The symptoms of the omicron variant, which are almost similar to influenza and pharyngitis, make it quite difficult for people to distinguish whether they have the omicron variant of Covid-19 or just influenza or pharyngitis. This study uses the Certainty Factor expert system method to provide certainty from an uncertainty about the symptoms of this omicron variant of Covid-19. From the results obtained from  several testing samples with symptoms of fever, fatigue, aches, headaches, swallowing and runny nose, the confidence value for Covid-19 disease is 68.94%, for influenza disease is 56.32 % and for pharyngitis is 49.17%. The largest confidence value for each disease is 68.94%, which is the possibility of the patient suffering from the omicron variant of Covid-19 disease.Keywords: omicron, influenza, pharyngitis, certainty factor, expert system

Abstract

Konfigurasi dasar pada Router dan Switch Cisco  merupakan hal yang harus dilakukan sebelum melakukan konfigurasi lanjutan dalam memanajemen jaringan komputer. Untuk mengkonfigurasi perangkat-perangkat tersebut dilakukan pada Cisco IOS (internetworking Operating Sistem) yaitu sistem operasi jaringan pada perangkat Cisco  yang dapat diakses melalui Command line Interface (CLI) dengan kabel console. Pada kegiatan pembelajaran jaringan komputer di SMK Armaniyah khususnya jurusan TKJ (Teknik Komputer jaringan), cara mengkonfigurasi Router maupun Switch Cisco  selalu dilakukan pada simulator sehingga siswa/i belum sepenuhnya mengerti bagaimana cara mengkonfigurasi Router dan Switch Cisco  secara real device, mulai dari cara mengakses perangkat menggunakan kabel console, memberi identity pada perangkat dan membuat sistem keamanan login akses. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah ceramah dan praktikum baik dengan simulator maupun real device. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah siswa dan siswi jurusan TKJ SMK Armaniyah dapat mengenal Cisco  IOS dan mengkonfigurasi Router dan Switch pada perangkat nyata.

Abstract

Ma'had Ar-Risalah Al-Atsari is an educational institution under the auspices of the Thullab Charity Foundation. In the process of registering new students it is still done conventionally, causing problems in managing registration data, sometimes people have difficulty getting information to carry out the registration process and get information about the school. The administrative process also tends to be slow, because the data has not been integrated and managed properly. This process also still uses archives in physical form that are prone to damage or even loss. The collection of teacher data or files is still via flash drive. Therefore we need an information system that can help deal with this problem by building a Web-Based Elementary and Junior High School Academic Information System (Case Study of Ma'had Ar-Risalah Al-Atsari). The method used for the development of the information system uses the extreme programming method with an object-oriented system approach that is modeled using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The end result of the development of this information system is the existence of a system that can facilitate the community in registering, the administration of new student admissions becomes more effective and efficient, the public can find out information about schools through the website, for teachers to collect files or other data. can be more effective and efficient, for parents to be able to check student report cards at any time without having to wait for the distribution of report cards, this system can be used to replace archiving school data.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, teaching and learning activities were threatened with a decline in the quality of world education, including the quality of education in Indonesia. Students and teachers cannot interact to carry out educational activities at school. Meanwhile, in the world of education, interaction and communication are very important for the growth and development of student knowledge. If this is lost, then one generation of students could be threatened by poor quality education services caused by the covid-19 virus. Although the internet has been developed in the world of education for a long time, there are still many schools that are still unable to develop it properly for students. This is evident when the national exams were held before the Covid-19 period, there were still many schools that did not understand and understood providing facilities directly to students. This is a challenge in itself for Indonesia when the covid-19 virus attacks and paralyzes all activities. Forcing all activities to be done inside the house and reducing all activities outside the home. Learning activities and examinations are important activities that are always the focus of the school every semester. This activity previously required students to be in school, but during the pandemic this should not be done due to the government's decision to limit the spread of the virus. All schools must think hard for a solution to this problem. Schools take an important role in school activities so that the quality of education services does not decrease drastically. Private schools are no exception, whose activities come from greater than that of students' parents. While many students' parents think that if there are no activities at school, the money for school payments will be postponed. Schools only have one choice so that the learning process and exams continue, namely by using an online application that can adjust national standards and school standards. Although there are many applications in circulation, many of these applications cannot be adapted to school conditions at a low cost. Mostly, if the school wants changes to the application, then the developer sets a lot of rates that the school cannot afford. Learning and examinations are activities where the administration must also exist for reporting by schools. The reporting format, of course, is different for each school with their respective systems. With the mobile application developed by researchers and implemented according to school administration, in general, learning activities and examinations continue to run with results that can be accounted for because they have reports that are adjusted by the school.

Abstract

Dengan bertambahnya skripsi dari tahun ke tahun, meningkat pula judul skripsi dan penelitian. Bila tidak dideteksi, menyebabkan penelitian yang sebenarnya sudah ada akhirnya diteliti kembali tanpa mengembangkan penelitian sebelumnya. Algoritma Levenshtein Distance digunakan untuk mendeteksi kesamaan pada judul skripsi yang ada. Penelitian ini digunakan untuk pencarian judul skripsi secara multi target dengan 6 kategori data target dalam database dan penentuan threshold lebih dari dan sama dengan 4 serta penentuan bobot similarity lebih dari 25% dinyatakan mirip untuk ditampilkan. Data yang ditampilkan adalah dari kategori judul perancangan sistem dengan distance 4 dan kemiripan 42,85% dan dari kategori aplikasi berbasis web dengan distance 5 dan kemiripan 28,5%. Sedangkan 4 kategori lain memiliki distance lebih dari 5 dan persen bobot similarity kurang dari 25% sehingga tidak dianggap mirip dan tidak ditampilkan

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan pada kesempatan ini adalah di SMK Negeri 1 Cikarang Selatan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan jaringan komputer bagi siswa dan guru-guru untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kompetensi dibidang jaringan khususnya Mikrotik. Pelatihan yang dilakukan baik teori maupun praktikum dalam melakukan konfigurasi pada Routerboard Mikrotik. Hal ini dilakukan untuk meminimalisir kegagalan dalam menjawab soal ujian sertifikasi yang akan dihadapi oleh guru-guru TKJ dan juga siswa/i. Semua rangkaian kegiatan yang dilaksanakan sudah mendapat persetujuan dari pihak sekolah dan tetap pelaksanaannya mematuhi protokol kesehatan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan selama tiga hari mulai dari training sampai dengan ujian sertifikasi, dengan peserta pelatihan merupakan guru TKJ (Teknik Komputer Jaringan) dan siswa/i jurusan TKJ SMKN 1 Cikarang Selatan. Tujuan dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah untuk persiapan dalam menghadapi ujian sertifikasi Mikrotik MTCNA. Manfaat bagi guru-guru yang mengikuti pelatihan yaitu setelah mendapat sertifikat kelulusan akan lebih kompeten lagi dalam memberikan pengajaran dikelas melalui ilmu yang didapatkan selama pelatihan, khususnya pada mata pelajaran jaringan komputer. Manfaat bagi siswa, sertifikat kelulusan dapat digunakan sebagai pendamping ijasah nantinya ketika melamar kerja di industri menjadi teknisi jaringan.
