<![CDATA[This study aims to evaluate the application of project management based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) framework in the development of the Online Learning System at the XYZ Education Foundation. The method used is a case study with an evaluative descriptive approach through data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis was carried out by comparing the implementation of project management in system development with the PMBOK standard which includes five groups of processes, namely initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring and control, and closure, as well as nine knowledge areas. The results of the study show that several aspects such as cost management, communication management, quality management, and stakeholder management have been implemented well, but there are still weaknesses in scope management, schedule management, resource management, and risk management.]]>
