Well-being is a fundamental life goal for every individual, including religious clergy. Studies examining the well-being of Hindu clergy remain very limited. Therefore, this study aims to explore, identify, and confirm the dimensions that constitute the well-being of Hindu clergy (Sulinggih) in Bali. The study employed an exploratory sequential mixed methods design, with the primary objective of exploring the various aspects perceived by Sulinggih in Bali as contributing to their well-being. Data for the qualitative phase were collected through in-depth interviews with seven Sulinggih informants, while the quantitative data were obtained from feedback responses to questionnaires distributed to 323 respondents using a simple random sampling technique. The findings reveal that the dimensions constituting the well-being of Sulinggih in Bali comprise economic well-being, physical well-being, psychological well-being, spiritual well-being, and social well-being. These findings indicate that the well-being of religious clergy is multidimensional and that, like people in general, religious clergy consider multiple aspects of well-being rather than focusing solely on spiritual well-being.
