Abstract

Social education is an integral part of the educational process that focuses on developing students' character and social awareness. Social education is key in shaping individuals who not only excel academically, but are also aware and concerned about social issues and have a strong character. The study conducted in this research uses the literature research method. The results show that; firstly, the integration of social values early on in the curriculum and school activities has a positive impact on students' behaviour and attitudes, enriches learning experiences, and instils a sense of social responsibility. Secondly, there are challenges such as difficulties in integrating the social education curriculum, the need for more intensive teacher training and barriers related to socio-economic and cultural diversity in the classroom. Thirdly, the effectiveness of social education largely depends on the quality and preparedness of teachers in designing and implementing a curriculum that includes a social component, as well as their ability to respond to the needs of diverse students. Social education requires students' active participation in projects and activities that promote empathy and social care. Inclusively and contextually designed curricula and adaptive teaching methods are proven to increase students' interest and participation in social learning.

Abstract

The use of Community Learning Centers (CLCs) as a means to address educational disparities has become an important topic in recent educational research. This study aims to analyze the effect of CLCs in improving education access and reducing education disparities in remote areas. The method used in this study involves a review of available literature from various sources, both journals and books. The results show that CLCs effectively expand access to education in remote areas and offer a valuable alternative in non-formal education. Moreover, CLCs make a significant contribution to inclusive learning and skills development, by targeting groups that are often neglected by the formal education system. These include women, ethnic minorities and adults who need new skills to adapt to changing economic conditions. However, this study also found that the sustainability of CLCs is affected by factors such as funding, staff training, and the level of local community involvement that can affect the long-term effectiveness of CLCs. The study concludes that although CLCs come with operational challenges, they remain an important tool in the global strategy to address educational disparities.

Abstract

Religious plurality is a gift of God and the wealth of the Indonesian State. Being said to be a gift of God certainly has the basis that the values contained in it as a principle for his followers to behave and behave where they are. In the context of religious plurality, interfaith relations must be positioned within the framework of humanitarian relations because interfaith relations that are positioned regardless of interfaith relations result in religion losing its meaning. The biggest threat in dividing the nation is conflict with a religious background. Religious moderation is not limited to resolving religious conflicts, but also to foster an attitude of national commitment; tolerance; nonviolent; and accommodating to all local cultures in the community. To create religious moderation in Christian Universities can be done through a multicultural educational learning model. This article was written using a literature study, with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study found that religious moderation in Christian Universities is categorized as good, but it still needs to be improved. These improvements can be made through multicultural educational learning models, namely: content integration, scientific construction, prejudice reduction, equal/fair education or equality in education, empowerment of higher education culture and social structures.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach. The data used in this article are primary data that researchers obtained from Ibox employees spread throughout Indonesia. The data obtained by researchers came from questionnaire items that were distributed containing 5 statement items, namely statements strongly agree, agree, normal, disagree, and strongly disagree which were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that each variable used in this article is acceptable and ducbitika because the P-Value is positive and below the significance level of 0.05, which is 0.004. This is because the higher the internal work pressure owned by an employee can make employees more motivated so that they are more enthusiastic in working and ultimately can improve the Employee's Performance itself. In line with the first hypothesis, the second hypothesis also shows similar results if the Workload variable can strengthen the influence of Internal Work Pressure on Employee Performance, this is caused by the same thing, namely the P-Values which are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, which is more significant than direct testing of 0.04. Thus it can be concluded that the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted and proven.

Abstract

Tax risk management is a central aspect for multinational companies operating in multiple jurisdictions with diverse tax regulations. The key to meeting this challenge is the implementation of a comprehensive and integrated risk management strategy. Key challenges include internal resistance to change, the need for cross-departmental coordination, and global communication issues. In addition, non-uniformity in tax monitoring and reporting can increase the risk of non-compliance, which in turn can potentially lead to legal sanctions. To overcome these challenges, companies need to focus on continuous training and skills development for employees. Investment in technology that supports tax risk management is also central, including data analysis tools and solid audit systems. Ensuring cross-departmental integration and efficient communication can help support a collaborative approach to tax risk management, strengthen transparency, and improve accuracy in tax reporting. The implication of this strategy is that multinational companies can minimise tax management risks and mitigate potential adverse legal sanctions. With the systematic adoption of such strategies, companies not only maintain compliance with tax regulations, but also strengthen their position in an increasingly competitive global business climate. Thus, an effective tax risk management strategy can be one of the critical pillars in the long-term success of multinational companies.

Abstract

In today's digital age, technology integration in education has significant potential to develop students' cognitive skills and shape a generation of critical thinkers. The use of innovative educational tools and applications can stimulate analytical thinking, problem-solving and creativity. Technology offers a range of interactive tools that can be customised to students' skill levels, allowing for more individualised and effective learning. However, the application of technology in education also presents challenges that need to be overcome. Issues such as disparities in access to technology, varying digital skills among teachers, as well as the disruption that technology use can cause in the classroom, necessitate appropriate strategies and policies. Inclusive programmes that provide equitable access to tools and training, as well as improving teacher competencies through continuous training, are important steps to overcome these barriers. Ultimately, the successful integration of technology in education depends not only on the availability of technological devices, but also on how they are used to transform teaching and learning methods. A comprehensive approach involving active and collaborative learning, and a focus on developing critical and creative thinking skills, will create a more dynamic and empowering learning environment for students. As such, technology can be a major catalyst in the effort to create a generation ready to face future challenges with superior cognitive skills.

Abstract

Effective strategies for technology implementation in education were found to require a multidimensional approach, involving the integration of adequate technology infrastructure, continuous training for teaching staff, and adaptation of the curriculum to suit technological developments. In addition, collaboration among stakeholders, including government, schools, technology providers and communities, was found to be a key factor in overcoming implementation challenges, such as inequality of access and resistance to change. Policies that are inclusive and orientated towards sustainable solutions are essential in ensuring that technology implementation can improve the quality of education effectively and thoroughly.
