<![CDATA[This study examines the implementation of POAC-based quality management in improving teacher quality and professionalism at SMA Negeri 1 Padamara Purbalingga amid relatively fragmented governance. This field study employed a case study design with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The data were analyzed using an interactive model consisting of data condensation, data presentation, verification, and conclusion drawing. The analysis was strengthened through source and method triangulation. The results indicate that POAC at SMA Negeri 1 Padamara has been implemented in an integrated manner. Planning is reflected in needs analysis and the development of annual teacher development programs; organizing is reflected in the distribution of supervisory responsibilities and the establishment of teacher working groups; implementation is reflected in mentoring, internal training, and collaborative lesson study; while controlling is reflected in classroom supervision, performance assessments, and reflective evaluation meetings. POAC-based management contributes positively to improvements in teachers’ competence, professionalism, social interaction, and personality. It also serves as a means of identifying limitations related to budget, time, and variations in teacher motivation.]]>
