Information technology growth drives agricultural transformation, especially in rural areas with limited market access and low digital literacy. Farmers in Desa Kromong, Jombang Regency, face challenges in product promotion, price transparency, and digital farm management. This community service program developed the Galeri Tani Website as an integrated digital platform to empower farm businesses and enhance digital literacy among farmer groups. A participatory development approach was used, involving farmers, village officials, and students through needs assessment, focus group discussions, website development, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The website successfully served as an information system for product documentation, digital promotion, and price transparency. Its implementation expanded market access, boosted farmer confidence, and improved farm management transparency. Farmers’ digital literacy increased significantly, marked by improved abilities to access information, document products, and independently manage digital content. Despite positive results, challenges remain in infrastructure limitations and website management sustainability. The Galeri Tani Website proves to be a promising community-based digital innovation for sustainable agriculture. Village governments are advised to integrate the website into long-term development plans and maintain ongoing digital mentoring.
