This study aims to examine the implementation of group guidance services using the reframing technique in addressing students' cultural discrimination behavior at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Kota Tebing Tinggi, covering the planning process, the implementation of group activities, the dynamics of interaction among members, and the changes in students' attitudes and behavior after participating in the service. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study design. The research subjects were determined through purposive sampling, namely the guidance counselor and eighth-grade (VIII-4) students who exhibited a moderate to high level of cultural discrimination behavior, with a total sample of 7 students. Data collection techniques consisted of non-participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using a case study approach through data reduction, narrative data presentation, and conclusion drawing, with data validity strengthened through source and technique triangulation as well as member checking. The results showed that, in the initial condition, all seven respondents were in the moderate category of cultural discrimination behavior, marked by the use of stereotypes, exclusive attitudes, and a tendency to mock friends' cultural differences. After receiving the group guidance service with the reframing technique, all respondents showed a significant decrease to the low category, reflected in reduced mocking behavior, increased mutual respect, and the emergence of positive changes in the cognitive, affective, and behavioral aspects of the students. Thus, group guidance services using the reframing technique proved effective in reducing students' cultural discrimination behavior and can be adopted as an alternative strategy in guidance and counseling to create a more inclusive and harmonious school environment.]]>
