This study aims to determine the effect of Skill Manpower (X1), Work Attitude (X2), and Training (X3) on Employee Work Productivity (Y) at PT. Persada Mandiri. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a causal associative research design, which aims to examine cause-and-effect relationships among variables. The population in this study consisted of all employees, with a sample of 75 respondents obtained through a sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that, partially, Skill Manpower had a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, with a significance value of 0.000 0.05. Work Attitude also had a positive and significant effect, with a significance value of 0.019 0.05, while Training had a positive and significant effect, with a significance value of 0.034 0.05. Simultaneously, Skill Manpower, Work Attitude, and Training had a significant effect on Employee Work Productivity, with an F-value of 85.875 and a significance value of 0.000 0.05. The coefficient of determination of 77.5% indicates that the three independent variables are able to explain 77.5% of the variation in employee work productivity, while the remaining 22.5% is influenced by other variables outside the scope of this study.
