<![CDATA[This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Green Transformational Leadership on Employee Green Behaviorwith Green Commitment as a mediating variable among employees of the Environmental Agency of Bukittinggi City. This study employed a quantitative approach, with data collected through observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The population consisted of all civil servants and government employees under employment agreements (PPPK) at the Environmental Agency of Bukittinggi City, totaling 122 employees, with a sample of 60 employees selected using purposive sampling based on the criterion of more than one year of work experience. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results show that Green Transformational Leadership does not have a significant direct effect on Employee Green Behavior. However, Green Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Green Commitment, while Green Commitmenthas a positive and significant effect on Employee Green Behavior. The mediation test indicates that Green Commitmentfully mediates the relationship between Green Transformational Leadership and Employee Green Behavior. These findings indicate that employees' environmental commitment plays an important role in translating environmentally oriented transformational leadership into environmentally responsible behavior.]]>
